The following link gives
information concerning the sessions schedule. The first link gives a
time-table file with links to the different track sessions files, in the
track files are given the paper transaction reference numbers concerning the
session and the link to paper titles and author(s) name. Final
program information and general schedule The time table accessible by the
link above gives directly the information for the Special
Sessions (link at the bottom of the
time table) The following links (that are
also accessible from the link above) give the information by session name: TPC1 :

Mechatronics & Robotics Following the links in the
different files, you gain access to the general schedule of the technical
track and to the authors and paper transaction number (PF-XXXXXX). IMPORTANT NOTE for the authors: To find the session for your presentation, you must
have your paper reference number (PF-XXXXXX) and the technical track of your paper.
Following the link of the track (by example TPC1) you will find the date and
day scheduled for your paper (by example PF-003377 of TPC4 is scheduled on
Tuesday 7 pm 3:00 to 3:20 – Room 31.1.03). For TPC1 to TPC7, there is a
link by track in the time table, for each Special Session (SS00 to SS22)
there is a link in the time table POSTER SESSIONS: The size for the poster is: A0
standard that is There are 4 poster sessions: On Wednesday 8, Poster session
1 is dedicated to posters for tracks TPC1, TPC4, and TPC2, named TPC1-P,
TPC4-P and TPC7-P. On Thursday 9, Poster session
2 is dedicated to posters for tracks TPC2 and TPC5, named TPC2-P and TPC5-P. On Friday 10, morning Poster
session 3 is dedicated to first part of posters for track TPC3 (TPC3-PA), and
posters for track TPC6, TPC6-P, afternoon poster session is dedicated to
second part of posters for track TPC3 (TPC3-PB). Please look at the files in
the tracks concerning poster sessions because they give you a number that
will be allocated to your position in the poster exhibition all. By example
for track TPC2, the poster papers have a number ranging from TPC2-P1 to
TPC2-P29 |
